I created the Bloom Method because every “normal” approach to food made me go insane.

I’ve done the deep work — somatic principles, meditation, therapy, behavioural science, intuitive eating, personal trainers, mentors, *insert nervous system regulation jargon*… all of it.

I wanted to FEEL a runway model on the inside. (keyword: feel. Not necessarily just look like one)

I wanted to feel confident and calm.

And I wanted to stop manipulating, strategising, and micromanaging myself like a spreadsheet during Deloitte’s financial year-end audits.

So I built a method for women like us — women who want ease and results.

Bloom is a way to lose weight, feel peaceful around food, and live freely — without tracking, spiralling, or pretending we don’t care how we look or feel in our bodies.

It’s not another anti-diet echo chamber.

And it’s not a “just love yourself” group chat

And it’s not “mindful eating” either. I’m over seeing it slapped onto everything these days, right alongside “high-protein,” and I’m guessing you’re over it too.
